When you choose an Enviro Building, you’re getting more than a modular structure—you’re getting a customizable, high-performance space built to fit your specific needs. That’s where our wide range of electrical and lighting add-ons come in.
From intelligent lighting to dependable power distribution, our add-ons are designed to maximize the safety, efficiency, and functionality of your modular building. Let’s take a closer look at what’s available.

Reliable Power Distribution

Load Centers
We offer three standard load center sizes: 100A, 200A 30-space, and 200A 40-space.

  • The “A” stands for amps, referring to the total electrical current the load center can handle—not the building size.
  • “Spaces” indicate how many physical breakers the panel can accommodate.

These units serve as the central hub for distributing power throughout your building.

Circuit Breakers
Circuit breakers are essential for directing power to your equipment. They act as automated on/off switches, monitoring the electrical current and tripping (shutting off) if an overload occurs—protecting your building and equipment from damage or fire.

Disconnects
Think of disconnects as large on/off switches for the whole building or a specific load center. Some include fuses for added protection. Proper sizing ensures they match the system they support and operate safely.

Transfer Switches
For clients using a generator, transfer switches are a must.

  • Manual Transfer Switches require the user to flip a handle.
  • Automatic Transfer Switches sense a power outage and switch to generator power on their own.
Both should match the size of your load center for safe, seamless operation.

Versatile Electrical Add-Ons

Duplex Receptacle
A standard wall outlet. Each duplex requires a 4×4 electrical box and cover.

Quadplex Receptacle
Two standard outlets in one box—requiring two duplex receptacles, a 4×4 box, and cover.

GFI Receptacle
Used primarily in outdoor or wet-area applications, GFI outlets include built-in safety shutoffs. These are paired with waterproof boxes and covers to meet outdoor safety requirements.

Light Switches & 3-Way Switches
Standard on/off switches are common, but 3-way switches are great when you want to control lights from two locations—such as multiple entry doors. Every switch requires a 4×4 box and cover. Double switch covers are also available for multiple lights (e.g., interior and exterior).

Bright, Efficient Lighting Options

4′ Interior LED Light
These are our go-to for general indoor lighting. Energy-efficient and long-lasting, they’re easy to install and provide excellent illumination.

Emergency Exit Lights
Designed with built-in battery backups, these lights stay on during a power outage to help occupants exit safely. They’re often required for safety compliance and mount to a 4×4 box.

Exterior Light with Photocell (Dusk-to-Dawn)
This outdoor lighting automatically turns on when it gets dark. Most are hardwired but can also be connected to a switch. Requires a 4×4 box, cover, and 5″ threaded nipple for wall penetration.

Exterior Floodlight with Motion Sensor
These lights activate when movement is detected, adding an extra layer of security. They typically include a switch and require a 4×4 box, cover, and 5″ threaded nipple.
